In particular, we would like to express our gratitude to Edward Pan, the bell boy, who helped us secure online transportation when we had trouble finding a taxi. The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers like us, with easy access to our meetings. The staff, despite the language barrier, were always friendly and helpful. Special mention goes to Jula, the receptionist, who went out of her way to assist us throughout our stay, even when she was off duty. The in-room dining staff, the breakfast buffet attendant, and the luggage handler were all top-notch as well. We truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service. our experience at this hotel was amazing, and we will definitely return.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Hohhot was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They helped us arrange a day trip to Datong and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the city. we had a relaxing and wonderful trip. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast dishes, including both Western and Chinese options. the staff is also very helpful and friendly. the location is great for exploring nearby shopping areas and cultural attractions. One thing we particularly enjoyed was the complimentary pick-up service from the airport.

We didn't receive any room upgrade despite having a Platinum card. Finally, while the room was large and well-equipped, the design felt a bit dated.
