Excellent Service and Convenient Location

During my recent stay at Hyatt House Shenzhen, I was impressed with the excellent service provided by the front desk staff. They were professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. In fact, they even upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise. Speaking of the room, it was spacious and very clean, with all the necessary facilities. The comfortable bed and clean bathroom made my stay even more enjoyable. Although I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast due to my busy schedule, I heard that it offered a wide variety of selections. Additionally, the reasonable price of the hotel added to its appeal. The best part was the hotel's convenient location inside the airport itself. It was just a short walk from the arrival gates, making it extremely convenient for travelers like myself.

After a tiring flight, I checked in around 12:00PM. The front desk lady could tell from my exhausted face that I needed rest, so she upgraded my room to a ready suite without asking me. She even apologized for the higher room rate due to the exhibition period. The service keeps getting better and better at this hotel. Definitely coming back again and again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom had a housed-in shower with a rain shower head. The A/C was quiet and efficient. The furniture showed basically no signs of wear. The buffet-style breakfast included a variety of choices and different drink options. The hotel's location is very convenient, being in close proximity to the airport and metro. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
