As a young family, we loved the spacious and well-equipped rooms, perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchenette was a great feature, and the staff were always ready to assist if we needed anything. The hotel's game room and coffee tables on the first floor provided ample space for us to gather and spend quality time with our colleagues. The clean and well-fragranced hotel created a pleasant ambiance, and the new swimming pool was a refreshing and enjoyable amenity. The window-view with planes, trains, and gardens added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location, close to NECC and with easy access to shopping and restaurants, made our stay even more enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but delicious, with a variety of options available. the perfect location of the hotel, close to a mall with several restaurants and bars, allowed us to spend our evenings in a lively atmosphere. the free shuttle service to the airport was timely, making our travel arrangements more manageable.

The high prices in the hotel convenience store, making us opt to buy our snacks elsewhere. we booked a shuttle bus but were unable to board due to it being at full capacity.

During our stay at Hyatt House Shanghai Hongqiao Cbd, we were impressed with the convenient location. Being within walking distance of Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station made it easy for us to catch our early train. The room we chose, a kingsize room, was spacious and had all the amenities of a studio apartment, making it a comfortable and convenient stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to both Eastern and Western tastes. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Hyatt House.

I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a really nice experience at a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with it being just a short walk to the train station and a quick shuttle bus ride to the airport.
