The spacious rooms were comfortable and clean. the hotel had a great location with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we requested extra towels.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable. Between the traffic outside and the loud air conditioning unit, we couldn't get a good night's sleep.

We had a luxurious stay here, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the indoor swimming pool, spa centre, and sauna were all outstanding. the room advantages were first, class, with a comfortable king, size bed, fluffy pillows. the restaurant served delicious meals with a wide range of options. the bar/lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail. the private facilities offered an exclusive experience that made us feel well taken care of. the location is perfect, surrounded by scenic views and convenient access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service during the in, room breakfast. the staff made up for it by being friendly and attentive.

A great summer break at Hyatt CQ! The club floor team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breathtaking views from the executive lounge were a highlight. The high ceilings throughout the hotel created a grand atmosphere. The breakfast at Market Café was heavenly, with a wide variety of Chinese and international favorites. Definitely a top choice for a summer stopover.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the modern and comfortable rooms at the hotel. They were clean and the quality was excellent. the bathrooms were especially impressive, with great amenities. Additionally, the reception and check-in staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the hotel also had a quality breakfast, although the western choices were slightly below my expectations. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. there was a language barrier as not many staff members spoke English, which made communication difficult at times, especially when ordering food.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. the hotel has outstanding facilities, including a beautiful outdoor pool.

The in-room dining service after midnight was poor, as the staff struggled with English communication and the process took too long.
