We found the hotel's cleanliness impressive, and the facilities were convenient. the location next to the train station was particularly beneficial for catching an early train. Additionally, the staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed at New for 3 nights for leisure. the location was perfect with a tram in front and a mall next door. the room was spacious, clean, and came with a Nespresso machine. the friendly staff provided excellent service. the backside room had a lovely view above the mall roof, away from traffic noise. Good amenities and a nice bathroom.

Convenient location near train station and trams, trendy Dejima Wharf nearby, many restaurants within walking distance. Clean rooms with good breakfast and great view from top floor. The staff quickly found an English-speaking doctor and arranged a taxi for my wife. I would recommend this hotel for its location and helpfulness. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to its convenient location and helpful staff during our stay.

Convenient location near public transportation and shopping. Spacious, well-equipped rooms with friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of dining options and a good breakfast buffet. Accessible hygiene supplies throughout the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagasaki station, making it extremely easy to access. Additionally, there is a shopping mall in the immediate neighborhood, which offers a great selection of casual dining options and even includes a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and clean, with contemporary furnishings that create a comfortable atmosphere. The staff at the front desk and concierge are friendly and go out of their way to provide maps and recommendations for exploring the city.

The breakfast offered at the hotel has a smaller variety compared to other Japanese hotels, which may be a minor drawback for some guests.

The hotel had clean and well-maintained fittings and furnishings. the rooms were spacious, and I enjoyed the views of the downtown area. the location was great, with easy access to shopping centers and transportation hubs.

While breakfast was included, there was less variety than I’ve seen in other hotels. the staff wasn't very helpful during check-in and check-out.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn't be more convenient, being right next to the train station and with buses and tram cars stopping right in front. The spacious rooms with wide beds and a sofa were incredibly comfortable, and having a nespresso machine was such a luxury. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us with transportation and sightseeing recommendations. We were even given printed bus times, which was a great assistance. This place truly made our stay perfect!

There was only one minor issue we encountered during our stay. The internet service was a bit slow.
