One negative aspect was the placement of the shower controls, requiring you to stand under or next to the water jets to turn them on, resulting in a sudden burst of cold water. Additionally, the cost per night was not cheap, although the quality of service provided did justify the price.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities here are top-notch, especially the spa and wellness center which includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage services. the full body massage I had was one of the best I have ever experienced.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the barbeque grills, which were not available during my visit. this did not detract from the overall amazing experience.

Despite a few minor drawbacks like the AC occasionally shutting off and some desserts containing durian , I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and pleasure stays.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! the breakfast had a great variety, especially the local pastries and fresh fruit that were always refilled. the fitness center was well-equipped, and I enjoyed working out while listening to upbeat music. Lastly, the hotel was conveniently located near the city center and had easy access to transportation.

The pool was a little too cold for my liking. the lighting in the room was not the best, making it difficult to read in the evenings.
