I had a decent time at this resort. The beach was a highlight, with plenty of space to relax. I enjoyed the friendly staff, especially Dayze in the breakfast area, who made mornings more pleasant. However, the check-in process was slow, and the food choices were limited. They had nice views, but overall, it felt a bit average compared to other places. I might choose a different resort next time. Can't ignore the beautiful blue water, though. Dates of my stay were in February 2023, just after New Year's.

Clean rooms, beautiful beachside pool, and a delicious Argentinian restaurant that offers great food options with an amazing ocean view. the hotel's convenient location is just 20 km from the airport, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

My experience at Emporio Cancun was disappointing. Upon check-in, we experienced significant delays due to the staff's confusion over our prepaid hotel tax, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. Additionally, the room we were given was not up to standard. the floors were wet, suggesting poor maintenance, and the overall cleanliness was lacking with marks on the windows and balcony. The breakfast left much to be desired, with limited options and a strange smell emanating from the food, which was not appetizing at all. It really detracted from what should have been a relaxing vacation.

the beach access at emporio is amazing, right by the gorgeous turquoise water and white sand. the staff, especially eduardo panti at the beach, was super friendly and attentive, always bringing drinks with a smile. plus, the fitness center is open 24 hours, which is a nice perk for those who want to work out at any time.

the food options could be better, honestly.

The beach and pool were clean, nice and great location. Very close to town so taking a bus was convenient. The staff were Amazing and friendly! Everything else was GREAT!

Check-in was a negative experience, with a long wait and a room that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The food was disappointing, particularly dinner options, leading us to eat elsewhere too often.

The room was fab with a lovely sea view—perfect for a lazy afternoon.

A fun symphony of hammers serenading us at breakfast. And don't get me started on the food—seriously, I think my sandwich was on a diet!

the beach was crazy beautiful and the staff was super friendly, especially dayze at breakfast. the ocean views from our room were just stunning, like wow. we had a nice time chillin by the pool, and they kept the area clean too. food options were okay, but i liked what i had. it was pretty comfy overall.
