I loved the comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, and great toiletry selection in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful, making me feel like we were friends. The nighttime lady who checked us in was exceptional, and the cookies and lemonade at check-in were a nice touch. The evening staff was wonderful, accommodating our requests for items for the pull-out couch. The breakfast choices were plentiful and included a variety of food groups. I was even able to take some items for a simple lunch. The value for the cost of the room was outstanding, and both the reception and housekeeping staff were welcoming and friendly.

I especially want to mention the exceptional nighttime lady who checked us in. the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was so comfortable. I also enjoyed the selection of toiletries in the bathroom, especially the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. the hotel's location was convenient, close to some great restaurants and in a quiet area. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options available and the little touches like cookies and lemonade at check-in.

The kids loved the pool, and the rooms were a good size. this hotel provided great value for our stay.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, with a large strip mall and many good restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern and well decorated, with comfortable queen beds and even a jacuzzi tub. The breakfast offered is excellent, especially the delicious cinnamon rolls.

Wonderful Stay at an affordable price

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Elkridge. The hotel was clean and up to date, and the rooms were lovely with all the amenities I needed in the full bathroom. The free breakfast every morning was a great bonus, especially the pancake machine that made hot pancakes in less than a minute. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing us with great suggestions for places to eat. Additionally, I booked my stay for the Maryland Renaissance Fair and received two complimentary vouchers, which was such a treat. myself and my friends who stayed in a regular room were extremely happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay during Christmas at this hotel. the rooms were spotless and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. the key location facts were convenient, close to restaurants, and offered easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We were disappointed with the lack of housekeeping services after 5 pm. It was inconvenient not being able to have our room cleaned or moved to a clean room.
