The 5-star hotel has beautiful facilities and a tasteful design. The staff is helpful and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel offers a great gym and a charming lobby bar with entertainment. The location is convenient, with nearby shopping centers and a subway station within walking distance.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The facilities were top-notch and the rooms were beautifully designed, giving off a classy and modern vibe. We were particularly impressed with the spacious and well-equipped gym, which allowed us to have a great workout during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location right opposite to a beautiful massive garden was a huge plus, as it provided a serene and picturesque view. The hotel's proximity to the Century City area was also convenient, allowing us to easily explore this bustling part of the city. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was within walking distance to the GLOBAL shopping center and subway station, making it easy for us to get around.

Arrived at the hotel on Christmas and was pleasantly surprised to find festive decorations throughout the lobby. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Enjoyed the variety of dining options available, from the international restaurant to the Chinese-themed teahouse. the hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff at the hotel seemed overwhelmed during the holiday season, with long wait times at the front desk and slow response to requests. the Wi-Fi connection in the room was unreliable and often disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. Mr. Yeo, Mr. Steven gu, Mrs. Jiang, Mrs. Deng, and Mrs. Bussey dedicated their time and effort to ensure our day was unforgettable. The hotel staff truly cares about making their guests happy, which is a rare find nowadays. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like taxi drivers being difficult and some issues with the club lounge, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff who took care of everything from the check, in process to the amenities in my room. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre offered various treatments like body wraps and massages, and the garden area was serene, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant had an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, and the bar/lounge area was stylish and served delicious drinks.

the packed lunches were not up to standard and didn't measure up to the rest of the impressive hotel services.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was perfect. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. the breakfast buffet had a large variety of options including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the location was great as it was close to many local shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations on things to do in the area.
