My recent stay at São Vicente Alfama Hotel was absolutely wonderful. I stayed for a week and the personal service provided by the reception, catering, and management was exceptional. Nicole, in particular, was a delight and helped me organize tours and suggested amazing places to visit. The breakfasts were incredible, with a wide selection of dishes and freshly prepared options. One of the highlights was the special touches like a glass of bubbles on arrival and a chilled bottle of sparkling wine in my room, along with local cocktails. The hotel itself is nestled in the old, picturesque part of Lisbon, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. São Vicente Alfama Hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to stay there again.

The location in the old part of town was fantastic, surrounded by local restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to the main city area. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided an exceptional, dedicated service. The complimentary tour of the Alfama area with Antonio was informative, educational, and the highlight of our stay. The hotel is conveniently located on the route of the historic tram 28 line and within walking distance to the train station for trips to Cascais and Sintra.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down, with the warm dishes taking too long to arrive and not always coming out correctly. the bed was too soft for our liking and didn't provide the support we needed.

I loved this hotel! It's located in the heart of a lovely and charming district, close to the trolley, train station, and other facilities.
