My stay at The Hamilton Alpharetta was delightful! The room was beautifully decorated and offered a lovely view of the courtyard. The fast valet service made arriving and departing a breeze, and the attentive staff enhanced my experience with cheerful greetings and quick assistance.

Some confusion with the layout.

I encountered multiple issues during my stay at The Hamilton Alpharetta. the check-in process was a nightmare. I arrived at 3:50 PM, only to find my room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM, and the front desk staff were rude when I inquired. The constant loud noise outside ruined my sleep, and I also found the bed incredibly uncomfortable and hard. To top it off, although I was informed of alternative parking options, I was still charged for parking without proper explanation. This hotel did not meet the high standards expected for the price I paid.

Lekker spot near all the fun places! Rooms were pretty, and the staff was nice, especially the valet guys. They really took care of us, like chommies!

I absolutely would have expected a personal welcome gift for all the inconveniences, but I guess that was too much to ask. very disappointed with this Hilton experience, definitly would not recommend.
