The hotel staff's treatment was dreadful. They made me feel like a potential thief by insisting on a cash payment before I could retrieve my own laundry.

The restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfast and special diet menus, and In-room breakfast and packed lunches are also available. The room advantages are exclusive, and the location advantages are perfect for transportation and sightseeing. The staff's service is exceptional.

Although everything was great, the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled and the temperature was a bit low, making it feel cold in some areas of the hotel. However, the minor issue was resolved by the staff's quick response and provided an extra blanket.

The fast internet connection was a bonus, and the huge bathroom with separate shower and bath tub was a delight.

Our stay was marred by the high prices of room service and in-room facilities. the crowded and often noisy lobby made it difficult to relax and enjoy the hotel atmosphere.

We had a great stay at Intercontinental Shanghai Expo and were impressed by the comfortable and spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Although the hotel is located near the expo area, it was not a problem for us as we didn't mind a short 15-minute walk to the metro station. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Shanghai.
