The rooms were clean and spacious with nice views of the city. the location was great, close to many restaurants and shops. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning was very noisy, making it impossible to sleep comfortably at night. the WiFi was also very slow, causing frustration when trying to work and use the internet.

This hotel is a gem, with amazing luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a wonderful view. the indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim and the sun loungers were very comfortable. the restaurant served delicious meals, with a variety of choices.

The only downside was the service at the bar/lounge area, which was slow and inattentive. It appeared to be understaffed and could improve with more training.
