I had a fantastic stay at a hotel offering 5-star service and comfort at affordable rates. the location was perfect, with beautiful views of Elephant Hill and a short walk to the lake and city. the staff were extremely friendly, and the complimentary soft drinks and snacks were a nice touch. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views from both the room and the rooftop. the hotel even provided early check-in and all the necessary amenities. it was an amazing experience.

The hotel's location is perfect, being just a few minutes walk from the city's main attractions and shopping street. The rooms are spacious and clean, with fabulous views from the terrace and restaurant. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of both Western and Asian options, ensuring guests are well-fueled for the day. The staff is always friendly and helpful, assisting with tours and providing English-speaking assistance.

The hotel does not offer foreign exchange services, which can be inconvenient for travelers arriving on weekends when other exchange options may be closed.

Great scenic view at the hotel and the surrounding area was beautiful. Very nice rooms with comfortable layout and bathroom. Easy walking distance to nearby attractions such as the Sun and Moon pagodas and night market.

The food at the hotel was overpriced and not very good quality. the Caesar salad was drowned in salad cream and not enjoyable.

The location of Jolie Vue Boutique Hotel is fantastic, right across from Elephant Hill. We were able to enjoy stunning sunrises from the restaurant and beautiful sunsets from the rooftop. The views were truly breathtaking. The hotel's restaurant also provided a great breakfast, with a good selection of both local and international dishes. The rooms were clean and had excellent bathroom facilities. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary soft drinks in the room fridge. The hotel staff, especially those in the restaurant, were very helpful and friendly.

This hotel met all of our luxurious needs and exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities, such as the sun terrace and garden area, provided a relaxing and serene environment. the special diet menus were also catered to our dietary requirements. the room advantages were impressive, featuring high-end decor, private facilities, and stunning views of the Elephant's nose rock and River Li. the location advantages were also notable, with bustling shopping streets and the Sun and Moon pagodas within walking distance.

That we had some difficulty exchanging our money upon arrival, as the foreign exchange service was not available. there were nearby ATMs that accepted non-Chinese cards, which alleviated our worries.
