I had a fantastic stay at a super friendly hotel in Beijing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. They were always helpful and friendly, from the efficient check-in process to the guided tours and tips provided by the knowledgeable concierge. The airport pickup service was a great feature, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in China.

Excellent service and helpful staff.

During our stay, we arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't ready. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond to find a room for us as soon as possible.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore many of the main sights in the city. It is also near a subway station, providing easy access to various areas in Beijing. the hotel is situated on a pedestrian walkway alongside huge malls, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with clean and spacious bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are delicious, with a variety of choices to suit different preferences.

The hotel could improve on its hand lotion supply, as the current one is sticky and not suitable for use.

Value for Money: the hotel was centrally located with completely English speaking staff. the hospitality was good and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including both English and local dishes. the room had all the basic facilities such as a locker, TV, and mini bar, and the TV had necessary business channels. Free drinking water bottles were provided and the free wifi had good speed.

Crowded Lounge: the lounge area was a bit crowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax.

Great staff, especially Raymond at the concierge. Helpful with advice, arranging transportation, and even provided a selfie stick. The hotel has a lovely executive lounge on the 20th floor with complimentary breakfast and happy hour, saving money on food and drinks. Good breakfast with a variety of options, including an Asian corner. Nearby there is a nice coffee shop and Starbucks.

The hotel is an oasis of luxury and style, offering exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and relaxed. the spacious rooms provided a gorgeous view of the city, and the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna helped me unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to help with any request. the restaurant had delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for having a drink with friends. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops.

this did not detract from the luxurious experience I had at this hotel.

The hotel's location in the center of everything made it a great choice for business travelers. Additionally, the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The room was beyond expectations in terms of cleanliness and design. The staff, particularly Raymond at Concierge, was very helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Beijing for a short business trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Raymond at the concierge desk. He gave great advice on local attractions and even helped arrange transportation and tickets. The hotel had a cozy, homely feel and the breakfast spread was impressive, with a surprising Asian corner. a great choice for business travelers in the CBD.
