I had a fantastic stay at a super friendly hotel in Beijing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. They were always helpful and friendly, from the efficient check-in process to the guided tours and tips provided by the knowledgeable concierge. The airport pickup service was a great feature, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in China.

Excellent service and helpful staff.

During our stay, we arrived early in the morning and our room wasn't ready. However, the front desk staff went above and beyond to find a room for us as soon as possible.

Value for Money: the hotel was centrally located with completely English speaking staff. the hospitality was good and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety, including both English and local dishes. the room had all the basic facilities such as a locker, TV, and mini bar, and the TV had necessary business channels. Free drinking water bottles were provided and the free wifi had good speed.

Crowded Lounge: the lounge area was a bit crowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable spot to relax.

We loved the wide variety of food options available for breakfast and the amazing staff at the front desks and concierge who were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's location in the center of everything made it a great choice for business travelers. Additionally, the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has a lovely executive lounge with complimentary breakfast and happy hour. There is a coffee shop nearby and a Starbucks within walking distance. The room was beyond expectations in terms of cleanliness and design. The staff, particularly Raymond at Concierge, was very helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in Beijing for a short business trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Raymond at the concierge desk. He gave great advice on local attractions and even helped arrange transportation and tickets. The hotel had a cozy, homely feel and the breakfast spread was impressive, with a surprising Asian corner. a great choice for business travelers in the CBD.

Good breakfast with a variety of options, including an Asian corner. Nearby there is a nice coffee shop and Starbucks.
