During our stay at the JW Marriott, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a stunning pool view. The room itself was beautifully furnished and had a luxurious feel to it. The resort deck area was massive and offered a variety of pools and activities, perfect for families. One thing that stood out to us was the Chinese food section at breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had an incredible stay at a new hotel in Macau with a stunning pool view. Everything at the hotel, including the room, was tastefully decorated and felt brand new. It was immaculately clean and had a spacious bathroom with a great selection of amenities. the room even had a Nespresso machine for my convenience. the bed was unbelievably large and comfortable, making for a truly luxurious experience. Without a doubt, this hotel offers exceptional value for a 5-star stay in Macau.

For those in a hurry at the airport, the hotel provides quick and efficient service. With spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms, guests can unwind and relax in comfort. The attentive service, delectable breakfast buffet, and stunning views make for a memorable stay.

Spent my Easter holiday at this stunning hotel with my family and it was a perfect choice. the food was absolutely amazing, with great variety and taste. the swimming pools were amazing and perfect for all ages, especially my kids who enjoyed swimming and playing all day long. the hotel's location was perfect, just close enough to all the attractions and activities without being too noisy or crowded.

Although the staff were professional and efficient, I just felt like they lacked a bit of warmth and friendliness towards my kids which was a bit of a downer for us. It would have been nice to feel a bit more welcomed and engaged.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were truly luxurious and fulfilled our expectations. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay. the heated swimming pool was a great option for relaxing after a long day, and the poolside snack bar was a convenient and delicious choice. We enjoyed the variety of beauty treatments available, and the spa lounge was a peaceful oasis.

Our only minor issue was with the check-in process, which took longer than expected.
