Friendly and Attentive Staff

During my recent stay at JW Marriott, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of friendliness and attentiveness displayed by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even remembered that it was my birthday month and presented me with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The housekeeper also added a personal touch by folding towels into adorable animal shapes and placing fresh flowers in my room. This attention to detail made me feel truly cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, great Chinese restaurant, friendly staff.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are well-equipped with all the typical Marriott amenities, and the staff offers exceptional service. The executive lounge on the 28th floor provides breathtaking views and excellent food and drinks. the breakfast is delicious and the swimming pool offers a refreshing escape.

The only negative aspect is that the ride from the airport to the hotel takes longer than advertised.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, much bigger than other hotels in Shenzhen. the bathrooms were also very spacious and divided into different areas. the hotel staff provided amazing service and were very friendly, especially in the Executive lounge. the breakfast at the lounge had a breathtaking view. the location of the hotel was great, it was in a new area with wide boulevards and not as crowded as other districts. There were also nice restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

The downside of this hotel was that it was located in an area with limited tourist attractions, so if you wanted to explore more interesting things, you would need to take the subway. the hotel was also difficult to book last minute, so it was necessary to make reservations in advance.

Convenient location, airport shuttle available. Helpful English-speaking staff, smooth check-in process even at late hours. Good breakfast selection, free wifi. Spacious rooms with great views, luxurious bathrooms with city view from the bath.

Amazing weekend city staycation with plenty of options within walking distance. the hotel's location is convenient thanks to its proximity to a well-connected metro station. There is a newly opened mall, where you can find everything under one roof from high-end brands to local eateries. All the staff were top-notch and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. the wellness facilities on the 5th level were amazing with a spacious gym, sauna, steam room, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate during your stay!

Some of the staff members lacked adequate English language proficiency and had difficulty understanding our requests, which made the experience less seamless. Despite the hotel being in an up-and-coming area with many attractions nearby, the hotel itself did not have the best views from the balcony rooms.

Great receptionist hospitality, helped with transportation issue. Close to a large shopping mall. Helpful front door staff with taxi payment. Good breakfast and swimming pool facilities.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel facilities. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the hotel had excellent wellness facilities including a spacious gym and two swimming pools. The staff at the hotel were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping options. The breakfast offered a great selection of both Western and local dishes. The staff were gracious, helpful, and spoke English well.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were top-notch, with an amazing spa and wellness center that offered massages and a sauna. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the sun loungers in the garden area were comfortable and inviting. the restaurant served delicious food and had an extensive bar/lounge area for drinks.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit isolated and required a taxi to get to places of interest. Despite this, the hotel offered in-room breakfast and packed lunches for convenience.

The rooms were decent but nothing remarkable, lacking the luxurious feel of a 5, star hotel. the internet connectivity was slow and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for business travelers.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with exceptional service throughout my visit. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The executive lounge provided a great variety of delicious food options and the staff there, especially Amy, provided exceptional service. The room was spacious and exceeded my expectations, making me feel like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and luxurious accommodations.
