Friendly and Attentive Staff

During my recent stay at JW Marriott, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of friendliness and attentiveness displayed by the staff. From the moment I checked in, they went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even remembered that it was my birthday month and presented me with a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The housekeeper also added a personal touch by folding towels into adorable animal shapes and placing fresh flowers in my room. This attention to detail made me feel truly cared for during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, much bigger than other hotels in Shenzhen. the bathrooms were also very spacious and divided into different areas. the hotel staff provided amazing service and were very friendly, especially in the Executive lounge. the breakfast at the lounge had a breathtaking view. the location of the hotel was great, it was in a new area with wide boulevards and not as crowded as other districts. There were also nice restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

The downside of this hotel was that it was located in an area with limited tourist attractions, so if you wanted to explore more interesting things, you would need to take the subway. the hotel was also difficult to book last minute, so it was necessary to make reservations in advance.

Amazing weekend city staycation with plenty of options within walking distance. the hotel's location is convenient thanks to its proximity to a well-connected metro station. There is a newly opened mall, where you can find everything under one roof from high-end brands to local eateries. All the staff were top-notch and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. the wellness facilities on the 5th level were amazing with a spacious gym, sauna, steam room, and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate during your stay!

Some of the staff members lacked adequate English language proficiency and had difficulty understanding our requests, which made the experience less seamless. Despite the hotel being in an up-and-coming area with many attractions nearby, the hotel itself did not have the best views from the balcony rooms.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were top-notch, with an amazing spa and wellness center that offered massages and a sauna. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing, and the sun loungers in the garden area were comfortable and inviting. the restaurant served delicious food and had an extensive bar/lounge area for drinks.

The only minor issue was the location, which was a bit isolated and required a taxi to get to places of interest. Despite this, the hotel offered in-room breakfast and packed lunches for convenience.

Great location near a shopping mall and metro station, making it convenient for leisure activities and exploring the city. the hotel has excellent wellness facilities, including a spacious gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and two swimming pools. the staff provided exceptional service, with a surprise birthday treat and sweet treats in the room upon check, in, making the stay even more special.

The rooms were decent but nothing remarkable, lacking the luxurious feel of a 5, star hotel. the internet connectivity was slow and unreliable, which was a major inconvenience for business travelers.
