From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Everything was meticulously cleaned and polished, creating a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a wide range of amenities for our convenience. The location was perfect, as it was right next to a quality shopping complex with an abundance of good stores and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and international dishes, including delicious cakes. The staff, especially the Front Desk Manager, Mr. Henry Yao, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the lack of English proficiency among the staff was a major drawback.
