The room amenities were impressive, with a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. The in-room safe and soundproofed rooms added an extra touch of comfort. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The hotel had clean and decent sized rooms at a good rate. the mini bar was a pleasant surprise, with a complimentary beverage and a few soft drinks included. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. the hotel had a flat screen TV in the room.

The elevator situation was a major inconvenience, with only 3 lifts for over 30 floors. During busy times, such as the Canton Fair, it caused long waiting times and frustration.
