I recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental in Shanghai for my first visit to the city. The location was excellent, close to the Pearl Tower, and the staff made me feel like a king. The room on the 23rd floor with a river view was spectacular, and the separate wardrobe was a nice touch. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The club lounge access and included meals made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a 5-star experience.

The gym and spa were great, and the club lounge had a fantastic wine selection. this was by far the best hotel we've ever stayed at, with unparalleled views and service.

The hotel car pick, up from the airport was luxurious and comfortable, perfect after a long flight. the view from the Pearl Tower Suite was incredible, including a bathtub with a view. the service in the club lounge was great, with a personal greeting from the General Manager.

The internet connection was a bit intermittent. the food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant was expensive for what you get.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location near all the tourist spots. The staff was outstanding, making us feel special throughout our stay. The concierge and reception staff were exceptional. The views and service were unparalleled. The rooms were super clean, relaxing, and had a lovely ambiance. The Club Lounge experience was great, with amazing food and friendly service. everything was a 5 star experience!

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever experienced, with a wide selection of delicious food. I had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the amazing hotel facilities. The location was ideal, right by the river and near a running track. It was also close to shopping malls and famous sights, as well as being in the financial district. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
