During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the indoor breakfast with good food options. the hair dryer in the room was also efficient. the hotel's location was central and provided a great view of rooftops nearby. there was a terrace that provided great opportunities.

I didn't find the bed to be comfortable at all. It was weird to stay in a hotel that didn't offer soft cushions or duvets on top of the mattress.

The location is central, stunning rooftop view of Forbidden Palace, Cantonese and Western restaurants, excellent wine list, tastefully decorated rooms with Ming style accents.

Hard to think of anything.

Spectacular terrace with stunning views of the city and a Cantonese restaurant that serves delicious meals with an excellent wine list. the staff was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. the spacious room had a Nespresso machine, Bose speakers and top, quality toiletries.

The mattress was firm and did not provide soft cushions on top, making it uncomfortable to sleep. This minor issue should be addressed by the hotel since the price of the room is much higher than other five, star hotels in the area.

The location is central with a view of the Forbidden Palace from the terrace. There are Cantonese and Western restaurants, an excellent wine list, and tastefully decorated rooms with modern amenities. The spa offers a relaxing digital detox massage. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. It's worth the expense.
