The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, with a small bar and a large breakfast bar area. The staff were very courteous and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I would like to thank the two associates, Elizabeth and Mark, at the front desk and Mark on the phone for doing a great job. The location, being under a mile away, was perfect and made it convenient to explore the area. The rooms were well furnished and spacious enough, and despite being near one of the exits, my corner room was very comfortable. The hotel looked clean and the basic amenities met my needs. Having food available, with an open area with tables, was a great convenience. It was also nice to have breakfast options similar to a normal American hotel breakfast available for purchase, like at a Residence Inn.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is close to where we got off the freeway and under a mile away from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, making it convenient for work. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even featuring a balcony overlooking the pool areas and patio areas. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a really good selection of food that is included with our stay.

We were pleased to find convenience stores, restaurants, and gas stations within walking distance. The staff, especially Elisabeth and Mark, were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent service both over the phone and in person. We appreciate their assistance and commend them for their professionalism.

The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were friendly. The hotel lobby was attractive with nice spaces to sit and socialize. The room was comfortable and clean, with a super comfy bed and great pillows. The blackout curtains really worked and ensured a quiet night's sleep. The hotel provided nice amenities like a coffee maker, mini fridge, and Roku TV. The location was convenient, with great restaurants nearby. a great value for a comfortable stay.
