The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Room 2609 was spacious and spotless. The staff, especially Lin at Concierge, were excellent. Conveniently located near Nanjing Road and a large shopping mall. a great value for a 5-star experience.

We got great value for our money with a surprisingly spacious and wonderful room. The location was convenient with lots of shopping malls and fast-food restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with easy access to the city and a wide choice of delicious breakfast meals. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a spacious swimming pool and the possibility of upgrading my room. I was fortunate enough to have a room facing the city with large floor-to-ceiling windows, providing a breathtaking view of the vibrant lights.

The cleanliness and neatness of the room were impressive, and the toiletries provided in the bathroom were of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Marriott! the hotel had a grandeur that impressed us from the moment we arrived. the staff was incredibly helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. the location was also perfect, allowing easy access to all the sightseeing spots. We particularly enjoyed the delicious cocktails and the relaxing atmosphere of the bar. My wife treated herself to a fabulous facial at the spa, which left her feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Almost perfect, but the staff's weak English skills at the spa made it a bit difficult to communicate our preferences. 🤷‍♂️

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city. Within walking distance to People Square metro station and Nanjing East pedestrian area, we couldn't be better located to explore Shanghai. The rooms were tidy, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet was scrumptious. We enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool and appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards and providing swimming caps.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our city break. the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the MRT, shopping centers, restaurants, and even highways and airports. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and also to travel to and from the hotel. Another aspect that we enjoyed was the efficiency of the facilities in our room. Everything worked well and we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of things that could have been better. the gym was fair, but we encountered an issue when I was kicked out in the middle of my training for running barefoot on the treadmill.

The omelette and egg station was a highlight, and there were plenty of juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee available all day. Afternoon tea and cakes were a nice touch. The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower and a comfy bed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and tried their best to communicate in English. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and The Bund just a 30-minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
