The spectacular view from our room was truly a postcard-perfect scene of Lake Como, making every morning a delight.

Charming atmosphere with stunning views from the terrace.

Carrying luggage can be quite cumbersome due to the steps leading to the hotel. Although we were aware of this beforehand, it was still a challenge during check-in and check-out. Additionally, the city lacks sufficient parking. we had to walk about 10 minutes to reach the hotel, which was inconvenient for us.

i almost thought about giving a positive review, but couldn't. the breakfast was wretched, a horrible cappuccino and a barista who couldn’t grasp basic order requests. plus, the steps with my luggage were a travesty—i would have expected ramps or something considering the price. also, a small gift would’ve been nice, but clearly they expect everyone to be satisfied without it.

The location is perfect! ! Right across from the ferry and surrounded by delightful shops and restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with lovely croissants and a variety of options. Staff were so friendly and helpful with recommendations!

The steps leading up to the hotel may be a little tricky with luggage, just something to keep in mind. Also, a blackout curtain would be great to block out the early morning sun!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! Just a few minutes from the ferry. We enjoyed the privilege of using our parking spot even after check-out. Such a gem of a stay!

But darling, the steps with my luggage felt like a mini Everest expedition! Next time, I'll bring a Sherpa!

The view from my room was truly breathtaking, while the central location made it easy to explore Bellagio's charm. Breakfast was well-prepared, and the staff's warmth added to the experience. However, navigating the steps with luggage was somewhat challenging, even if it contributed to the hotel's quaint character.

The view of Lake Como from my room was absolutely mind-blowing! Plus, the staff were like chommies, always keen to help with everything—like sorting out those delicious cappuccinos for brekkie. The warm welcome with champagne on ice felt so special, really made our stay memorable!

Carrying the bags up those steps was a bit of a mission, but it’s part of the charm, right?

The location is perfect, and the views of the lake are breathtaking. We explored the Gardens of Villa Melzi, diving into its rich history and stunning art works. Rooms were clean, the staff was super helpful, and breakfast hit the spot. Go for a lake view room. it's totally worth it!
