I encountered several issues during my stay. The shower water fluctuated wildly, making it frustration to get a proper wash and relax. Additionally, I was quite disturbed by the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors talking and their children playing in the corridor, which made it hard to have a peaceful night. Plus, when I asked for a connecting room, the staff informed me they were completely booked, despite my advance request.

I had a great stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok! The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Prince Edward MTR station, making it super easy to explore the city. My room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom that had great amenities. I enjoyed the complimentary beverages in the minibar, and the housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, ensuring my room was always tidy. Plus, the little coffee shop in the lobby served delicious breakfast options that were perfect to kickstart my day!

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel staff exceeded expectations, especially when they fixed a lamp outside my room quickly and surprised me with a birthday cake. I felt genuinely cared for during my stay, which made it truly memorable.

the room was kinda dated , air con was a problem. but it was smooth check in , location is perfect i could walk to the mall in 5-10 mins, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is superb! It’s packed with eateries, shopping, and the Prince Edward station is just a hop away. The staff were friendly and they went the extra mile to ensure I got a cab at checkout.

However, my room had a view of a highway—I felt like I was sleeping on a racetrack! And the AC? It was like a personal wind tunnel blowing right at me.

I stayed for 4 nights and found the Superior Twin Room comfy and clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The view wasn’t bad either! The location is super convenient. MTR is just a short walk away and there are plenty of eateries right downstairs. Plus, there's a cute little café in the lobby for a quick breakfast. Really liked my stay!

No washroom on first floor but convenient location and clean rooms make up for it
