For us it was ideal.

The location was perfect, being very close to the subway station and not far from Jianguomen subway station. The hotel was also conveniently located near food and shops, including a 24hr McDonald's. The best part was how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. Despite being a bit older, it was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, as it was very close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and modern rooms that were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made communication a breeze. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. the value for money was exceptional, especially compared to similar hotels in other cities like London.

The staff was extremely helpful, assisting us in arranging transportation to the Great Wall and Ming tomb. They spoke English fluently and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the subway station and close to various attractions. The room was very comfortable and had great amenities. the shower had plenty of water flow and the heated toilet seat was a nice surprise. the staff was pleasant and provided excellent service. the location was very convenient, just a block away from the subway and within walking distance to shopping. I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

There were some negative aspects to my experience. the ventilation system in the room was very poor, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, close to a metro stop and with easy access to public transport. The availability of filtered water in the room was a great bonus. Families with small children will also find it convenient to book a room with two single beds that can be easily put together. The staff, particularly those who spoke English, were extremely polite.

I recently stayed at New Otani Chang Fu Gong for a weekend getaway. The hotel's 5-star+ infrastructure and facilities were impressive, from the spacious and well-designed rooms to the magnificent transparent wall bathroom. The comfortable beds and excellent pillows ensured a restful sleep. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like motorized blinds on the windows and a free bottle of water in the room. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were top-notch, and the live music in the lobby added a nice touch. The staff's English skills and willingness to help were also commendable.

Wow! I had an amazing stay at Hotel New Otani in Beijing. I booked a standard room for my wife, 5-year-old daughter, and myself. The value for money was outstanding, with rates around $100 per night. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge TV and a fantastic bath tab. My daughter loved the clean and empty swimming pool. The location was perfect, right next to the Jianguomen subway station on line 1, making it easy to explore the city.
