I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was outstanding, especially Eric who was very professional and a pleasure to speak to each morning. The buffet breakfast on level 1 was incredible with a large selection of delicious pastries, waffles, bread, fruits, and yogurt. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfy bed. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the bay and close to everything in the region. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the complimentary shuttle service was a great convenience. The staff's professionalism and courtesy made my stay exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a surprising feature of an electronic heated toilet in the bathroom. The view of the harbor was beautiful. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with our questions. The location was convenient, with a subway station nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. It was also easy to visit Hong Kong Island, as the hotel was located near the cross harbor tunnel stop.

The New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the comfortable and clean rooms, we were impressed. The buffet offered a lovely selection of fresh seafood and delicious desserts. The proximity to the Coliseum was perfect for concert-goers.
