The bellboy immediately took care of my luggage upon arrival, the concierge provided helpful information and a map, and the hotel had a great pool and gym facilities. I had a wonderful stay at New World.

The spacious room and bathroom were a pleasant surprise. the airconditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and comfortable. the staff were friendly, spoke English well, and were always helpful. the hotel's location was convenient, with big shopping malls nearby and a subway station within a 10-minute walk.

The WiFi connection was really poor, which was disappointing for a luxury hotel. the bar had overpriced drinks and served them in very small servings.

The lack of outdoor swimming pool, which was advertised on the hotel website. this was a minor issue that did not hinder our overall experience at the hotel.

We arrived at New World and were immediately greeted by a friendly bellboy who took care of our luggage. He even informed us about the hotel's gym and swimming pool, although we didn't get a chance to try them out this time. When we needed directions to a nearby mall, the concierge went above and beyond by providing a map and pointing out the stores. The service at this hotel was excellent and made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend New World for its exceptional hospitality.
