The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the center of Lille, as there is a tram stop just across the road. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast is of good quality, with a small but fresh selection. there is free parking available at the hotel.

The twin room had a musty smell, which was a slight inconvenience for the guests staying in that room.

Easter at this hotel was quite decent. the room was clean and nicely decorated. Good view of the surroundings from the window, and the city center was easy to reach by public transport. the hotel offered great deals on beer and wine in the restaurant, which was well-decorated and stylish.

The hotel lacked warmth from the staff. Although the breakfast buffet was good, the hot food was lukewarm at best.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The parking was easy and secure. The location was just outside the center of the city, which was perfect for us. The enormous bed in our room was incredibly comfortable. The staff, including Alix at reception and the friendly barman and waiter, were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were professional and attentive.
