The staff went above and beyond to help, providing me with a jacket and assisting with taxi and WeChat wallet. The Club Room team, especially Elva, Hebe, Jennifer, and Lisa, made my stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Shanghai and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The view from my room on the 46th floor was simply breathtaking. I could see the cityscape and it was truly mesmerizing. The staff at the ground floor bakery/cafe were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it easy for me to explore the city. Taxis were also readily available right in front of the hotel.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Shanghai.

The fitness center was lit, we gotta work on our gains. The indoor pool was dope, we splashed around like crazy. And oh my, the kids club was off the hook, we turned into big kids again!
