We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this brand new hotel. the breakfast selection was great and the staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. the regular shuttle buses to Disneyland were a convenient perk. Our extra large, well-appointed room was always kept clean and stocked up. Plus, the hotel's cozy family room with two queen beds was perfect for our family of four. the concierge staff, particularly Maggie and Wilson, provided exceptional service and made us feel right at home. the hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to Disneyland and the Pudong Airport. We were impressed with everything this hotel had to offer, including the English-speaking staff.

Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the room cleanliness and the isolated location, I would still highly consider staying at Novotel again if I were to visit the area. I was impressed with the service, the comfortable rooms, and the dedication of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

My stay at Novotel Clover was definitely worth the money. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and a cozy bed. The breakfast spread was superb with plenty of options for vegetarians. The hotel also offered shuttle buses to the airport, Disneyland, and other attractions. The staff, while not always fluent in English, were helpful and accommodating.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and the temperature remained too warm despite our complaints.
