The room had a stunning city view and an impressive interior design. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the service provided by Miss Jahida was exceptional. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping area, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. It is also right in the center of the city, within walking distance or a short taxi ride from all the main tourist attractions. Additionally, there are a number of malls right next to the hotel, offering plenty of dining and shopping options.

Some guests have experienced teething problems during their stay, such as confusing lights in the room and a too sensitive sensor light in the toilet.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a 5-star hotel which had a pleasant decor and comfortable bed and pillow. I appreciated the complementary yoga class and the use of the hotel's fitness studio. The location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the metro station was just a short walk away.

Sadly, the breakfast choices were limited and not up to par with a 5-star hotel. The service staff for breakfast had poor attitudes, which was unpleasant to experience.

The breakfast options are limited, but there are plenty of nearby restaurants to explore. The view from the top floor bar is simply stunning, especially at night when the city lights up.

The food in the hotel's Chinese restaurant is underwhelming for the price.

This hotel left me mesmerized with its exclusive amenities, luxurious Spa & wellness centre, and its perfect location! The service was impeccable, and the staff was extremely cordial and warm. The indoor swimming pool and the sun terrace were the perfect spots to unwind and relax. The restaurant served the most delicious Kosher food, which was a rare find in the city. The room advantages were exclusive and top-notch.

I found the bar/lounge area to be a bit understaffed, leading to some long waiting times. Nonetheless, this minor issue was overshadowed by the fantastic experience we had there.

The room at Pan Pacific was superb, with a free upgrade to an Executive room. It was modern, nicely furnished, and had a beautiful city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and functional. The service provided by Miss Jahida was exceptional, she went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed during my stay. my experience at Pan Pacific was lovely, and I highly recommend this hotel for its great rooms, excellent service, and convenient location.

The hotel had a beautiful swimming pool and spa, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff members were pleasant and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to public transportation. The Deluxe Room we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and spacious.
