During my xmas stay, I appreciated the two free complementary drinks that were provided. The location was also ideal, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise level was quite high during my stay, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the room lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer and kitchen utensils, which made it challenging for me to cook my meals.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, convenient location, close to shopping and dining options, nearby buses and supermarket.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to Santana Row and Westfield, and there were also buses and a supermarket nearby. The communal lounges were cozy and the laundry service was affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

This place is in a great location, surrounded by a variety of good restaurants and just a short distance from all the amenities you could need. It's also conveniently close to highway 280, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for an extended stay, including a kitchen with a full-sized fridge and cooktop. The staff here are friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

The bath tub is narrow, which may not be the most comfortable for larger individuals.
