Our stay at this charming hotel was fantastic! The value for the money was great, and our room was comfortable and clean. The location by the lake was peaceful and serene, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and even gave us an anniversary upgrade!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is if there were more options for Ningbo signature dishes.

The facilities and amenities at the Park Hyatt Resort are fantastic, especially for someone backpacking. The fitness facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the restaurants and teahouse offer delicious food and a great atmosphere. The breakfast is also outstanding.

We loved the location of the hotel, nestled by a peaceful lake, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The hotel's architecture and interior design perfectly blend modern style with traditional Chinese elements, such as the beautiful Kun Opera. The hotel's facilities are new and advanced, offering clean rooms and excellent fitness amenities. The restaurants and teahouse provided delicious meals and the breakfast options were delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs, even surprising us with an upgrade for our anniversary. Communication in English was smooth, which is not always the case in this country.
