Spacious suite with stunning harbor view. Elevators were slow during peak times.

Excellent staff made our stay enjoyable.

The shower drain took way too long to drain water, making showering an annoyance. Moreover, there was a lack of towel hooks in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient to keep my towel dry. The shower door design was also poorly thought out. it swings out and leads to water all over the floor, which was frustrating because there was nowhere designated to place the towel without soaking it.

Attentive staff consistently made a positive impact, with the friendly greetings at every entrance and exit setting a welcoming tone. The proximity to a vast shopping mall provided convenience for dining and retail therapy. Breakfast included an impressive variety, though options leaned heavily toward Asian cuisine, leaving limited Western choices. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though the decor felt dated. A lack of recreational facilities left the hotel feeling more like a resting place than a destination.

Had a great experience in a spacious room with air conditioning, private bathroom, and a lovely harbor view. The room had all amenities like a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The staff was super helpful and the spa facilities were a nice touch. Definitely a great spot for families or anyone needing relaxation.

We found this place by chance, and it turned out amazing! The relaxing lounge with snacks and drinks was a lifesaver after a long day, and there was also a cozy reading corner that made unwinding super easy. The only downside was the bathroom could use a little update, but overall, we loved our time here! 😊
