As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stylish room design and luxurious bathroom. The warm water was a delightful surprise. The friendly staff, especially Manager Chuck, went above and beyond by providing his personal number for any assistance needed. The hotel's perfect location near the subway, shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants made our stay even more convenient.

my weekend stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. the first thing I really liked about the hotel was its convenient location. It was situated inside the 3rd ring road and had easy access to the Guomao area. Additionally, the hotel was very close to the subway line 10, which made it easy to connect to the airport express. This was a huge convenience for me as I had an early morning flight to catch.

There were a couple of aspects that I found disappointing. the lack of a coffee machine in the club rooms was a letdown.

Best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the fantastic lounge with great food options and the convenient location. the executive lounge offered a wide selection of delicious Chinese and Western dishes, with the smoked salmon and French bread being particularly tasty. the staff at the lounge were friendly and provided exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with a subway station just a short walk away and plenty of famous restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

Worst aspects of my stay were the worn rooms and the difficulties in receiving an early limited breakfast. the rooms were starting to show signs of age and could use some refurbishment.

During our 7 days 6 nights stay, we found solace and comfort at Renaissance. The breakfast is excellent with a wide spread, and the dining area is spacious. Navigator Aimee and the concierge staff are friendly and helpful. Special commendation goes to Ms AiMee for her outstanding service. The complimentary daily pressing of 2 pieces of clothing is a great benefit for business travelers.
