This hotel offers the ultimate luxurious experience. the spacious rooms feature exclusive amenities that exceed expectations, including stunning views and comfortable bedding. the Spa & wellness centre is world-class, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. the restaurant serves delicious cuisine, while the sun terrace and garden area provide a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a cocktail.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of communication between the housekeeping department and maintenance. Although the housekeeping did a great job, they failed to report a technical problem in the shower.

We had a fantastic city break in a luxurious hotel with outstanding customer service. the staff was amazing, always friendly and very helpful. the breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were in impeccable condition.

A noisy construction site nearby, which could be heard during the day. However, with all the positives, this did not significantly affect our experience.
