Our family of four stayed in a spacious suite that provided ample room for everyone. The breakfast had a great selection, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. we would recommend staying at Radisson Blu for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Shanghai New World Hotel. As a Radisson Rewards Gold Elite member, I received a warm welcome and a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations for places to visit. The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from People's Square and within walking distance to the Bund. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Chinese and Western options and was well worth adding to my package. The hotel itself had a cozy and character-filled atmosphere, and my room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai for business or pleasure.

We also enjoyed the excellent services offered, such as laundry and room service. the hotel's pool, sauna, and fitness area were highly recommended and maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness. the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options available. We particularly loved the omelettes prepared by Chef Peter. the concierges, especially John and Kerry, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. Their commitment and excellent English-speaking skills made our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai New World for its exceptional services and amenities. Excellent location opposite People's Square and metro station. Good breakfast. Spectacular views from revolving restaurant. On-site tailor for repairs. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Will consider staying again.

The rooftop bar at Radisson Blu was a highlight of our stay. The live band created a great atmosphere and we enjoyed the stunning views of the city skyline. The comfortable beds and clean rooms added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was at a good temperature. The best part of this hotel is its location. It's so easy to get around and see things, with the subway station and main shopping street nearby. The view from our room and the revolving restaurant on the 45th floor was impressive, offering a 360° view of the city. The staff was very kind and the shuttle service to the airport was convenient.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, giving me great value for my money. The location was perfect, with the metro right at the doorstep and within walking distance to the shopping district and the Bund. The staff, especially Cindy at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my forgotten phone from a taxi. Their level of service was outstanding.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a wider variety of food options to choose from in the morning.
