Great facilities, excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel’s location was perfect for our city trip. It was situated in a busy area, close to shopping centers and restaurants. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the tasty breakfast buffet.

The hotel’s service was not consistent. We had some issues with the quality of the service we received in the restaurants and the lounge area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near the Nanjing Olympic stadium was a major plus, as it allowed us to conveniently attend events. Additionally, the hotel was close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city.

The manager assured us of the hotel's security measures, although CCTV captures footage every 10 seconds. Professional staff handled the incident appropriately, offering explanations and apologies. Impressed with the overall 5-star experience.

Best aspects about my stay at this hotel were the excellent concierge service and the reliable experience I had. the concierge staff went above and beyond to help me out when my charger stopped working, even purchasing a new one for me. Additionally, the hotel itself offered clean and comfortable rooms, ensuring a pleasant stay. the location, although not very central, was conveniently connected to the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

The worst aspect of my weekend stay at this hotel was the lack of nearby amenities and difficulty in finding taxis at night. Since the hotel is located in the business district, there wasn't much to do in the area after dark.

My room was spacious with exclusive advantages and beautiful garden views. the spa and wellness centre offered amazing massages and the indoor swimming pool was heated providing a perfect retreat in the winter.

The only minor issue was the noise level in the room due to the location of the venue. the hotel could benefit from better sound insulation to provide a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

I must say, our stay at Renaissance was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's modern infrastructure and spacious rooms made for a truly comfortable experience. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a suite with lounge floor access, which provided us with added convenience and luxury. The electronic shades in the room were a cool touch and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff in the executive lounge made us feel truly welcomed and were always ready to assist us. The location, although quiet, was safe and within walking distance to two malls and the Olympic Stadium complex. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the bikes available in the lobby for a leisurely ride around the area. The variety and quality of food offered in the hotel's restaurant was exceptional. Though we did encounter a few minor hiccups, such as a temporarily closed gym and overcrowded lobby during a football team's visit, these did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had. We left completely satisfied and would highly recommend Renaissance Nanjing Olympic Centre Hotel to anyone visiting the area. we were extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
