I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a relaxing vacation with my family. The high level of quality and attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. The staff, including our butler Jarvis and the AYI's who kept our villa clean, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the overall design of the hotel and its infrastructure created a welcoming and comfortable environment. The buffet breakfast at Fresh 8 was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Additionally, the Sand restaurant provided a memorable dining experience with its stunning beachfront location and live entertainment.

The Ritz-Carlton Sanya, Yalong Bay offers a range of great amenities and facilities for families with children. The pools are nice and there is a good kids club for the little ones. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, with a wide variety of choices. The beautiful Yalong Bay beach is also close by, providing a great location for some fun in the sun.

The service is attentive and the staff, such as Monica, Lisa, and Chen Te, are highly praised for their outstanding services and engagement. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of tropical Hainan fruits, including coconuts. The hotel features three large outdoor swimming pools, a kids swimming pool, and an activity center.

There are certain areas of the hotel that are designed around making guests spend more money, such as having to pay for soft teddy bear toys for kids and sand toys for the beach.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in a beautiful hotel with two wonderful pools. The beach area, although small, was very nice. The room was comfortable and had a great view. Almost all of the staff were English speakers which made communicating very easy. The hotel was a great value for the price.

I had a truly exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The service level exceeded my expectations, with staff members like William, Nanncy, Mikael, Lynn, and many others going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Even when my flight was cancelled, William took exceptional actions to support me in getting to the airport. The room was well-maintained and had a breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet spread, prepared by Executive Chef Low and his team, was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The quality of food on the Executive Floor was far superior to what I've experienced at other luxury hotels. Both the room and facilities were excellent, and I was impressed by the services provided by the concierge and Chen Dan. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Sanya greeted us with warm smiles and friendly greetings. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff, from the room cleaners to the bell boys to the beach staff, provided excellent service and hospitality. The food at the hotel was delicious and the service was top-notch. Sally in the club lounge took care of all our needs. It was also impressive to see the hotel manager, Hugo, personally greet the guests. the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back.
