I had a great time enjoying dinner at a restaurant that specializes in Cantonese cuisine. The autumn crab menu was impressive, with dishes that blended flavors in a unique way. The soup with crab meat and scallop was delightful. I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and appreciated the clean environment. Overall, this experience enhanced my stay.

the gym opened at an absurdly late 7:00am, talk about inconvenience. also, i expected some kind of gesture for my troubles—maybe a room upgrade or complimentary snacks for enduring the noisy housekeeping. after all, those doors don’t soft close and guests slamming them woke me up early, which is not what i paid for.

The air conditioning system could use better maintenance, as it sometimes allowed a clammy feel!!! Also, I experienced odd smells from the ventilation system, which were quite off-putting!!! Improve your room's humidity control!!!

lekker vibes in Hong Kong 🇭🇰✨

Rooms are really spacious and spotlessly clean, which I loved! Plus, the way the mall connects to the hotel is a total game-changer. Mr Cheung at the front desk sorted out my toileting drama like a pro—shout out to him! Staff were super helpful throughout, making everything feel like a breeze.

Just a bit noisy at times with other guests. Kind of annoying, but manageable.

The rooms were wicked spacious and clean, and I loved that the mall was right there. Had a hiccup with the toilets, though—but Mr Cheung took care of it like a champ! One day, during my stay, I needed last-minute assistance due to an unexpected issue. The staff coordinated everything promptly, including transport and room adjustments. I felt cared for throughout my stay, especially as a solo traveler. The easy access to local transport made exploring convenient. I appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and the vibrant shopping area. All in all, the experience was rewarding.

I noticed occasional noise from the shopping area, but it was manageable.

I stayed in a newly renovated room for 9 nights and enjoyed the vibrant shopping options nearby. The concierge team was helpful with recommendations. However, the lack of a bin liner in the trash was puzzling. Arrive via the main floor if coming by taxi to avoid confusion.

The hotel connects directly to New Town Plaza, where we enjoyed shopping, a movie, and even played tennis. The state-of-the-art gym was great for workouts. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread, and staff were friendly. Make sure to check out nearby dining options—they've got lots of variety!

One downside was that some breakfast items ran out quickly and needed to be refilled. That was a bit of a letdown, especially on busy mornings.
