This hotel is in a great location, situated in the heart of the city. It is just a few minutes away from the main restaurant strip, making it convenient for dining out. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel also offers a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxation and sunbathing.

The bar service can be a bit slow and inconsistent at times. There were instances where our drinks took longer than expected to be served.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location in the downtown area was perfect for me, as it was very convenient to have everything close at hand. The staff members were extremely friendly, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were very beautiful and relaxing, with great views over the town. The room was excellent and very clean, with all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and 24-hour security.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The aircon worked well and kept the room cool. Location is great, close to restaurants but not noisy at night.

I had a fantastic stay at Layla Tulum - Adults Only. The hotel had stunning design and the rooms were very comfortable. The rooftop pool was perfect for enjoying the sunset with a cocktail. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist. The location was central, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

The Easter complementary egg hunt was fun, and the hotel had nice decorations for the holiday. the location was close to many restaurants and bars, making it easy to find places to eat and drink. the rooftop pool had a good view of the city.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. the breakfast was poor and overpriced with slow service.

We had an amazing stay at Layla! the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location was perfect, with bars and restaurants right across the street. the room itself was incredible, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, stylish bathroom. We also loved the option of two pools, especially the rooftop pool with a stunning view. the on-site restaurant was fantastic, and the breakfast pancakes were a real treat. Layla Tulum - Adults Only exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for your Tulum travels.

They provided great suggestions for activities and ensured we had everything we needed daily. The food at the hotel was incredible and affordable, with breakfast included. The hotel also arranged for our airport transportation.
