Amazing city view from our room on the 33rd floor. Stylishly furnished, though could use some upgrades. Comfy bed and clean room with replenished toiletries. Good service with English-speaking staff. Conveniently located near shopping malls and subway. Strong Wi-Fi and a Starbucks in the lobby.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how well the housekeeping staff maintained our room. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a great variety of options. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, were extremely helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being a short walk from the underground metro station and near the financial district. Additionally, there were several shopping malls nearby with plenty of dining options.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with a metro stop just a minute's walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. the room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay during my business trip. the rooftop pool and gym on the 5th floor were a great addition, especially in the hot August temperatures. It was the perfect way to relax and stay active during my stay.

The reception staff, although proficient in English, lacked friendliness. It felt as if they were more focused on serving customers in a busy restaurant rather than providing a warm and welcoming experience.

The hotel is clean, convenient location, nice looking, safe area, food court with many restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Jinling Purple Mountain Hotel and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with a mall across the road offering a variety of restaurant options. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. When my flight was delayed, the staff were accommodating and allowed me a late check-out without any hesitation. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff did a great job with getting me a round-trip train ticket to Suzhou, and the room had a great view of the city. The staff was very nice, and there was a Family Mart store at the back of the hotel.

Complimentary toiletries replenished daily. Clean and comfortable beds with crisp bedding. Walkable distance to a nearby metro station and shopping mall with fine dining options. Smooth check-in process even at 2 am. Good breakfast with tasty omelettes.

The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a good variety of options. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

On the other hand, the rooms at the hotel were quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. the wallpaper was peeling and there were even squashed mosquitoes on the walls.

I've been staying at this hotel for three years in a row for convenience since I'm not from here. The location is great with Starbucks in the lobby and many nearby restaurants and shops. The housekeeping is excellent, ensuring that they only touch the necessary items and keeping my private things in place. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the internet is reliable. The staff is helpful and speaks good English, making it easy for foreigners. The rooms are clean and the facilities are impressive. it's been one of the best experiences I've had in Shanghai.
