Everything great.

Our stay at Hotel Delfino was pleasant and enjoyable. The spacious room had clean furniture and a modern bathroom. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. We loved the glimpse of the lake and mountains from our Panorama room. The hotel is well-maintained and 100% clean.

Despite some minor issues such as limited menu choices and an outdated decor, overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Delfino for a fair and enjoyable stay in Lugano.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area of Lugano, slightly elevated with partial views of the beautiful lake. It offers everything you'd need in Lugano, from the friendly and attentive staff to the comfortable rooms with a pull-out bed that's perfect for families. The rooms also have good AC and some even offer stunning views. The breakfast includes local products and has vegan options available, catering to different dietary needs.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The hotel had great facilities for cyclists and mountain bikers, including dedicated storage, cleaning, and maintenance areas. The staff were very friendly and obliging, giving a family feel to the hotel. The complementary bottles of water each day were a nice touch.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The funicular station to Mount San Salvatore is also within walking distance, allowing for a fun day trip. Additionally, the Paradiso boat stop is nearby, providing a great opportunity to explore the beautiful lake. There are also two supermarkets in close proximity, making it convenient for families to stock up on any necessary supplies. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with attentive staff providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. Some rooms even offer stunning views of the surrounding area, adding to the overall experience.

One negative aspect is the potential noise from nearby railway tracks.

The room was nice and the receptionist was polite, friendly and helpful. We also got two complementary facts offered, which was a nice touch. it was conveniently located near the main attractions.

The breakfast was below average and not worth the additional cost. There was no variety and the coffee was cold.
