Location was great, near Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and the shuttle service to Disneyland was very useful. Gym, pool and spa were great facilities for business travellers like me.

The food was not very appetising and the menu options were limited. the hotel insisted on the purchase of outdated bathing caps which was inconvenient and a little odd.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities met all our needs. The spa and wellness center's sauna and indoor swimming pool were exceptional. The staff provided impeccable service. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were exceptionally good, with scrumptious food and mixed drinks. The private facilities and the spa lounge added to the overall luxurious experience.

We noticed that there was no ATM machine in the lobby, as advertised. Nevertheless, the hotel’s location advantages made up for this minor inconvenience.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the playroom for our children to enjoy.

The ala carte menu was limited and the food didn't taste good.
