Comfortable, spacious rooms with beautiful river views. The friendly staff were always ready to help and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the catered food for our conference was top-notch. The hotel's location was convenient, with a subway station and taxis readily available. The well-equipped gym was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a business trip.

There were a few inconsistencies in the customer service. There were some misunderstandings regarding the swimming pool rules and the restaurant closing time.

Good , We had a memorable stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, sun terrace. the luxurious advantages made our stay worth the price. the service staff was exceptional, precisely catering to our needs, and the in, room breakfast was a delightful experience.

Cons , We encountered a minor negative issue with the bar/ lounge area service. We expected a quicker service from the staff, who seemed slightly understaffed, making it difficult for us to obtain our drinks promptly.
