The hotel is in a great location on the waterfront, close to many tourist destinations. It is central to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are cozy and luxurious, with spacious bathrooms and satellite TV. The breakfast is excellent and the staff provides excellent service. The hotel also offers a gym on the 17th floor and a strong Wi-Fi connection throughout.

The off-street parking spaces are small and may be challenging to maneuver in for larger vehicles.

The view from our upgraded room was stunning, overlooking Table Mountain. The breakfast had a good assortment of food and the omelettes were great. Although the location was central, the staff provided helpful safety tips for navigating the city. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved everything about our stay here. The central location of this hotel made it an ideal place because we were able to access most things that we wanted to do in the city. It was a short walk from here to the Company gardens and the Castle, and the CBD nightlife was easily accessible. The staff was top-notch and tried to accommodate us at every turn during our stay. They provided polite, professional service and we felt truly welcomed. Our room was amazing - it had a terrace, a safe, ironing facilities, and was soundproofed. The food at the restaurant was always delicious, and the managers went out of their way to make sure that everything was just the way we wanted it. The selection of amenities and services was also impressive - from airport shuttle service to a sun terrace with loungers and even a pool, we didn't want to leave.
