We stayed at Shangri-La for 6 nights with our young children and had a delightful experience. The pools were really nice, especially the kids pool with water slides. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden setting and is very close to the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The buffet breakfasts and Chinese restaurant for dinner were enjoyable. The indoor playground, Adventure Zone, was a great energy release venue for our boys. Shangri-La upheld its reputation and made our family holiday a delightful experience.

The rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the sea and mountains. the decor was lovely and the beds were comfortable. the bathroom was well-lit and the shower had great water pressure. the hotel provided towels and there were plenty of lifeguards around the pool.

The check-in service was not efficient, we had to wait for half an hour even though we arrived at 3pm. the breakfast room was crowded and dimly lit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They even helped me surprise my wife with a room decorated with 200 roses, and one of the staff members spoke French, which made the surprise even better. The breakfast had a great selection and the snacks at the swimming pool were also delicious. The hotel also organized a family picture session, which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very large and comfortable, with three different pools to choose from and direct beach access. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the water park and the duty-free mall.

We were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience at Shangri-La. The resort itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and fantastic pools. The highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional customer service we received from Phoebe Yu at the reception desk. From the moment we arrived, Phoebe went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was truly memorable. She personally greeted each member of our family and escorted us to our rooms, taking the time to show us around and even provide recommendations for the rest of our holiday. We were delighted to find our room beautifully decorated for our anniversary, complete with flowers and a special cake. It was the small, personal touches like these that truly set Shangri-La apart. Additionally, when we experienced noise issues with our neighbors, Phoebe promptly upgraded our rooms to ensure we could enjoy the rest of our trip undisturbed. The facilities were also impressive, meeting our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. it was the excellent customer service that made our trip unforgettable. We only wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the beautiful Shangri-La resort in Sanya for 6 nights to celebrate my anniversary. She showed us around, made recommendations, and even upgraded our rooms when we had noisy neighbors. The small personal touches, like the flowers and cake in our room, made all the difference. The facilities were great, but it was the professional and courteous staff that really made our trip.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the playrooms which were well-equipped and enjoyable. The location in Haitang Bay was beautiful, with a long quiet beach and stunning ocean views. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, providing exceptional service throughout my stay.

There were plenty of sun beds and lifeguards around. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including Chinese and European dishes. The hotel staff, especially the F and B manager David, were friendly and helpful. The hotel had direct beach access and was conveniently located near a water park and a duty-free mall. The gym had good equipment, including yoga mats and a boxing sack.
