The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, offering amazing views. The service is efficient and friendly, with helpful staff at every turn. The breakfast offers a variety of Asian and Western options. The hotel also boasts a gym with enough equipment for a decent workout and a pool with stunning views.

We were thrilled with the convenient location of this marvelous hotel. Being connected to the Houhai subway station via a pedestrian walkway made exploring the city a breeze. The surrounding shopping street offered a wide range of dining options, shops, and services. Additionally, the hotel's impressive meeting facilities were equipped with different power sockets, accommodating guests from various countries. The themed coffee breaks were a delightful touch, with live performances and corresponding snacks and drinks. The attentive and courteous staff, especially Front Office Manager Ms. Iris Pan, made our stay truly wonderful. The art pieces scattered around the hotel added a unique touch to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel has a stunning view and beautifully designed rooms. the staff recognized me by name and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. the large swimming pool with its gorgeous view was a highlight. Plus, the breakfast was something I looked forward to every morning.

Almost perfect

This hotel provided an amazing experience with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness center was top-notch with a wide range of treatments. the indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, with sun loungers to lay out and enjoy the beautiful view. the spa center was a nice touch and the leisure/TV room was meticulously designed for maximum comfort.

The bar/lounge area was quite small and lacked a variety of snacks. There could also be more private facilities available for a more exclusive experience.

The executive lounge at tea time offered a cozy atmosphere with excellent service, providing a respite from the cold smog of January in Shenzhen. Located in an upmarket neighborhood, it provided stunning views of Shenzhen Bay and easy access to the Houhai MTR station, making it convenient for exploring the city's "Silicon Valley.

The food in the club lounge had limited options at breakfast, and some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially the concierge staff at the entrance. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the nearest subway station and a fantastic mall. Additionally, the breakfast spread was incredible, offering a variety of delectable options from different cuisines.

Had an amazing business trip experience. the hotel facilities were awesome, especially the stunning views from the common areas and restaurants. Buffet had every choice one could imagine, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Wifi worked seamlessly, and the location was great for my business meetings.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, some items from the buffet weren’t restocked. Had a bit of trouble communicating in English with some of the staff.

Exceptional service that made us feel at home. During our stay at the Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular incident stood out to us. After mentioning that we had a cold, the executive lounge team prepared honey and fruit for us every day, checking in on our recovery. It was these small gestures that made us feel cared for and made our stay truly memorable. Additionally, the breakfast service was exceptional, led by the professional team who always met our requests promptly. the service at this hotel was truly outstanding. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a congested toilet and limited fridge space, the exceptional service more than made up for them. We highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service that made us feel at home.
