I stayed at a lovely hotel during a summer visit. the staff was friendly, the room clean, and the renovated bathroom was a plus. Great breakfast options nearby. Very convenient location near the water bus station, with easy access to St Marks. Chilled vibe in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing. Excellent air conditioning and cozy bedroom with a view of the charming church tower.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Helpful and accommodating staff made my emergency night accommodation smooth and stress-free. the convenient location near the train/bus station and the cleanliness of the room were impressive. One area for improvement could be adding a small fridge and kettle in the rooms for more comfort.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. the location is perfect, just off a small canal near the bus terminal, making it easy to get around Venice. the room was cozy and clean, and I really appreciated the air conditioning during the summer. the hotel also had cute balconies where guests can enjoy the views. It's a peaceful area of the city, with charming cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff spoke English fluently and were very helpful with directions and tips for navigating Venice.

If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool and a kettle for making hot beverages. the bedding could be more comfortable to enhance the overall experience.
